Guys it's not that hard to figure out. None of the serial #s matter they are all breaking regardless of the ser. #. Dudley doesn't have any new bats out yet I don't think they know what the problem is. They are going to keep sending out the same batch of replacements until they run out.

Yea crickets from all the Dudley reps on this. They were all blowing up the message boards about these bats before the issues arose. Nothing from the most of them since!

Mr. Wolf - Yes changing the weighting in any way from original specs is altering the bat and yes bat will become illegal! As others have stated swing as is or trade or sell away and get bat more suited for you.

southerinman - It's pretty simple whats the highest rated team you have played on. That's how all the senior organizations rate players not based on individual talent level just the highest team you have played on. Unless of course you go thru the appeal process.

Just curious has Dudley stated what they think the issue is? Are purchasers of these defective bats just going to get another one that could crack prematurely? Any Dudley reps out there can you answer!

coop why would Pete want to make Cartersville SSUSA? He has been doing tournies for SPA as long as I have been playing senior ball. I think Pete's tourney will be fine the other tourney's participation not so sure about.

Discussion: DUDLEY 2019 LIGHTNING HOTW

bogie - Have you ever swung any of the OG or 2.0 Dudleys? Yes they both take a couple hundred swings to get broke in but after that you get anywhere from 800-1000 "high performance game swings" as you put it. I would rather have that option than the one you seem to like. The technology is there to consistently produce these bats the real issue is most bat mfg's don't want to produce those bats because they won't sell as many bats. Dudley getting away from the OG and 2.0 is a perfect example of this practice! And this is JMO!!

Discussion: 2019 Miken Freak Pro Mike Dill Balanced

I haven't hit the 2019 version yet , but I have owned the 2017 platinum and the 2018 Mike Dill. In my opinion they are not the same bat. Platinum was hotter out of the wrapper than the 2018 version IMO. I am at around 500 swings on my 2018 Dill and bat is still holding up well and getting better. I believe the 2018 and 19 are basically the same bat though.

Discussion: How long did you start playing after surgery?

Yes, My doc told me no athletic stuff for a year and that's what I did. Started physical therapy immediately and lasted for about 4 months.

I had both hips done in 2009. After taking year off I have been playing since with no issues. If I were you I would take the time off. You will feel pretty good and will consider playing in a few months but to me it was worth taking the time off to get completely healed up. I know the technology has changed since I had mine less intrusive procedure, quicker healing time etc. But you are still replacing a joint better safe than sorry in my opinion!

It's amazing how someone will try and twist the words around in the ruling to get their own opinion of a simple rule such as this.

You probably won't get anywhere with Dudley on a soon to be 3 year old bat with that many swings on it. If I were you I would pop end cap off see if you can re glue end load back on to cap and re glue end cap in. Or if you can't re glue end load just remove it.
