That doesn't seem right. Dudley has a awesome customer service reputation. Budda12 send an email to DudleySports and let them know that your endcap came off and they will ask you to send them some pictures and a copy of your receipt. Once they review the information they will send you and RA # to send the bat back. I personally had nothing but great customer service from Dudley.

Good Luck

OZ40,

Are you sure this a Combat guarantee ? It could be an offer from Kelly's. This new bat isn't even listed on the Combat webpage, my guess it is a exclusive model designed for Kelly's Sports. Just a guess.

Webbie25,

Man I feel for you, I am very lucky that I live and play in Norcal.
We have a great Senior softball association (NCSSA) that throws around 20 to 24 tournaments a years, all within 1 to 2 1/2 hours drive for me. I also have the greatest teammates that open up there homes for me and my wife when we play in the Bay Area.

Once again I agree with you that they need have more Major Plus teams and allowing the smaller populated areas to pick up 3 or 4 out regions is option that should be looked at but do not allow the heavily populated areas to do so. I believe this just might produce a balance and fair competition within the division.

Webbie,

I agree with you in regards to making available more options for players like yourself. I would think everyone would like to see more teams and fair and better competition, even SSUSA ($$$). I also agree on not allowing the states that have multiple options to be allowed to go out of region for 2 impact players. This impacts both teams the ones that are going out region and the ones out of region that cannot build a team. Just food for thought.

TAT22,

I agree with you. I was possibly thinking not allowing the coastal teams to pick up any. Here in CA, we should be able to fill a roster, if you are going out of region to pick up 2 players I would guess that they are very good players (impact players).

SSUSA,

Might need to look into only allowing certain regions to pick up 2 out of region players. The sunshine states have a tendency to have enough players to choose from and allowing them to pick 2 very good players out of region might have an impact. Just throwing out some ideals.

I would guess it has something to do with your past 50 roster which would be the one petition to be re classed to 55 Majors. That roster is classified as a 55 Major Plus due to the win in 2011 and the non reclassification process for the roster, which is required by every team. Also 2 of those teams that were in the 2015 7 team tournament were bumped up to Major Plus, Team USA and N.E. Storm.

Good Luck in 2016 and have a safe and happy holiday

Sorry to hear that, but I have to ask why you didn't play a third event and then apply to re classified ? At this time you just sat out 4 years and believe that is justification to be re classed. Are we all to assume that none of your players played in any SSUSA tournaments in the past 4 years? Or do you guys just want to put your team back together to try and win 55 Majors in Worlds.

Once again you guys have already won Worlds in the Major division and for some reason believe you should be given a chance to win a seconded one. You would think a team that a team that went in 2011 Worlds 1-1 in seeding games and 6-0 in the bracket games in a 36 team tournament and averaging 27.83 runs per game (bracket games), should be able to compete in Major Plus the following year. Oh by the way many of the teams you beat are and having been playing Major Plus for the past 4 years. MN Merchants just finished 3rd in 2015 Major Plus Worlds. Oh yeah I forgot you played 2 tournaments and lost 10 games.

THAT'S THE BOTTOM LINE

Webbie you are correct they do everything they can to move teams up but they also do a lot of things to allow those teams to move down. You must play in at least 3 events to apply to be re classed, so let me give you a scenario for Cali teams. You get bumped at LV Worlds, then you go play Rock n Reno, Cal Cup and Western Nationals in your new division and stink up the joint, then you apply to be reclassed and bang now you are back down to where you wanted to be for LV Worlds.

Not trying to offend anyone but this is a possibility and it has already happened. If a team is bumped make them play awhile and I know how miserable that it can be, when you have some very good teams that seldom lose games through out the year but it is what it is.

It doesn't appear that you were re classed to 50 Major and never went up to play 50 Major Plus. They just sat out 4 to 5 years and believe that they should be re classed to play the same guys they beat in 2011 Majors. Please play in 3 tournament and appeal, just like every other team in the nation. How does anyone know if you didn't pickup a few new Major Plus players.

What about keeping the rules the same and moving up more teams. If you look at 50 division it appears that is what is happening. 6 Major teams were bumped to Major Plus which had 13 total teams and 13 AAA teams were bumped to Majors which had 40 teams. The AAA division had 68 teams, the players are there they just need to move up. Allowing teams to go around and picking the best players across the nation isn't going to help develop Major Plus.

Bobby Shea,

SSUSA rule is you must hold your classification for 2 years or play in at least 3 SSUSA events and then petition to be re classed which appears you never did. If a team is ranked 50 Major Plus they can't just sit out for 4 or 5 years and expect to re classed 55 Major. If a team is intact with it's complete roster in 50 Major Plus they would be classified 55 Major Plus when they move up.

Once again it appears you won 50 Major and didn't want to play 50 Major Plus and now that you are a 55 team you should be allowed to re classed to Major.

Really, please explain to all of us if I am missing something, I apologize if I am incorrect with my observation. Good Luck in 2016
we need more Major Plus teams in SSUSA.

I understand what you are saying, but this happens to plenty of other teams across the nation. Just look at all the teams that were just re classed for finishing in the t in top 3 and some for just finishing in the top 6. You have already won one worlds and for some reason believe you should be allowed to when a second one.

You were bumped for a reason and appears you never truly played up to be reviewed for reclassification. When was the last worlds you attended and what level? I think your past tournament history justifies where you should be ranked please let us know.

They won Worlds in 2011 and never played up to get reviewed to be re classified? The process is the same for every team no matter where you live, east coast, west coast the south is doesn't matter you need to play up to be reviewed and re classed. You can just re appear 3 or 4 years later and asked to re classed. JMHO
