Team lists for tournament are published on the tournament pages at the entry deadline. If your team is not listed, please call immediately. Teams are not officially entered until payment is received.
Refund policy: Entry Fees are non-refundable after the deadline. Full refunds are given to teams withdrawing BEFORE the deadline. NO refunds are given after the deadline.

Note: SSWC reserves the right to combine divisions of three or fewer teams within one age level and/or skill level.
This is a "Ring Option" Tournament.

Inclement Weather Procedure
Any and all decisions on whether play might be affected by possible inclement weather will be made
at the playing facility at game time, and only by the on-site Field or Tournament Directors. Teams should be present and ready to play 30 minutes before scheduled game times.

Manager Meeting
The evening before play begins for each Session at 7:00 PM at the Headquarters Hotel. Team registration (Managers only) from 6:00-7:00 PM before the Manager Meeting. For Men's and Women's 40-Masters, SSUSA will notify of the time and location for your Manager's Meeting.
NOTE: Managers who do not attend will be presumed to be fully informed on ALL matters (such as schedule changes, tourney formats and rules issues) discussed at the meeting.
