Refund policy: Entry Fees are non-refundable after the deadline. Full refunds are given to teams withdrawing BEFORE the deadline. NO refunds are given after the deadline.
Tournament Format
Note: SSWC reserves the right to combine divisions of three or fewer teams within one age level and/or skill level.
This is a "Ring Option" Tournament.
Five games minimum scheduled, with Round Robin into Double Elimination or Three-Game-Guarantee brackets. Women's Senior Divisions (over age 50)
may have other tournament formats to accommodate shortened two-day event schedule.

Manager Meeting
SESSION 1: Meeting and registration will be one hour before your first game at the field.
SESSION 2: The evening before play begins at 7:00 PM at Kokpelli's Lounge (Inferno) at Edgewater Casino: 2020 S. Casino Dr., Laughlin, NV 89028. Manager check-in will be from 6:00-7:00 PM before the Manager Meeting.
NOTE: Managers who do NOT attend will be presumed to be fully informed on ALL matters (such as schedule changes, tourney formats and rules issues) discussed at the meeting. Tournament rosters are “frozen” as of the Manager’s Meeting. NO on-site player additions are allowed without Tournament Director approval before team’s first game. Managers who do not attend Manager Meeting, and do not send a representative, will be prohibited from beginning tournament play before check-in with Field Director and are prohibited from Roster additions.
