Note: Senior Softball-USA charges a 4% convenience fee for all payments other than cash or check.

Important reminder: The US Postal Service is experiencing delays in their deliveries, so please let us know if you intend to play in this tournament. Team lists for tournament are published on the tournament pages at the entry deadline. If your team is not listed, please call immediately. Teams are not officially entered until payment is received.

Refund policy: Entry Fees are non-refundable after the deadline. Full refunds are given to teams withdrawing BEFORE the deadline. NO refunds are given after the deadline.

Tournament Format

Note: SSWC reserves the right to combine divisions of three or fewer teams within one age level and/or skill level.

This is a "Ring Option" Tournament.

Five games minimum scheduled, with Round Robin into Double Elimination or Three-Game-Guarantee brackets or other tourney formats.

BIG LEAGUE DREAMS NOTE • For those who have played at BLD facilities previously, you are aware that they charge an admission fee for everyone over the age of 12 entering the park, including players.  That entry fee is $5 per day (you receive back a token redeemable in the concession stands for $1) and is valid for the entire day.  If you wish to leave and come back later, just get your hand stamped on the way out.

Most will agree that BLD is one of the finest facilities in the nation.  They are unique and superior to the vast majority when compared to other tournament venues.  Those benefits bring higher expenses to maintain and operate at their level than at a typical city park.  With no financial assistance from the City of Las Vegas, the admission fees are vital to BLD’s ability to cover their operational expenses and offer the marvelous BLD experience to our players. LVSSA and SSUSA do not share in any portion of the admission fee receipts.
