With 27 teams in the 60 AAA Worlds bracket, understandably we have preliminary games all day from 8:00am until 8:00pm. If a team plays early in the day when will they find out when their bracket play starts on Friday? Do all the preliminary games need to conclude (around 10:00pm) before teams find out what time they play on Friday?

Jet ... Best advice I can suggest is what I do when serving as a Director in a large seed pool group ... [1] I provide my cell phone number by posting it on the Bracket Board and to anyone who verbally requests it and [2] I suggest/require they TEXT (not call) me about two hours AFTER the scheduled start time of the final round of games ... I respond to those texts in the order received with a photocopy of the bracket after I've filled it in ... Good luck!
