Due to medical issues the 70's team has a new manager that finds himself in an unenviable position of rebuilding a squad with a late start Looking for players from states adjoining Wisconsin and Wisconsin
At this time we are looking for up to 8 new players at various positions.
you can call Bob @ 920-379-5277 or go to our website www.oshkoshambassadors.com and fill out a player application form
Hoping to play in Little Canada, Quad Cities, Milwaukee and Rochester

Tried advising you that it would be too cold here in the upper Midwest for a tournament on April 1st.

Not sure why Sacramento is so stubborn on sticking to April 1st as a date other than it's April Fool's Day. It's going to be toooo cold.

Discussion: TORN MENICUS

I have had meniscus surgery on both knees at different times earlier in my playing career. I cannot stress enough to make sure the surgeon performing the procedure is a SPORTS MEDICINE Dr. that accepts the fact you want to remain active! FYI the surgeries were in 1982 and 1992 and I still haven't needed knee replacement, yet. Find a surgeon that will just "clean it up" and not remove entire meniscus.

No way will you get teams to play in April in northern Illinois. Last year April 6th was too cold to use senior bats and April 1st won't be any warmer this year. Early July would work better, lack of opportunities between Quad Cities and Milwaukee Classic in Great Lakes region.

Question for Sacramento; Do you have a list of registered players whose teams may have disbanded or players who are just not on any team rosters? And if that is so, do you have contact information for managers that are looking for players to fill out their rosters. Curious as I know a lot of players don't follow this message board.
