Where is the new ball

OK folks we are now into July and still no new ball. Some big regional tournaments will be played very soon in some hot weather and from the way it look now we will still be using the mush ball. There is no way it could take 6 months to get an order of softballs from any supplier on the planet.
Thank You:
James

I am curious also what happened to the Leather covered one. I ordered the Leather covered ones but got the Synthetic ones now neither one is listed on the BSN website.

You have to buy a lot of balls to get a good deal. For as many balls as SSUSA is likely buying, perhaps they are waiting for the balls to be customized with the SSUSA logo or something. There's a lot of places to buy softballs besides BSN also, often at better prices. DISCLAIMER: I sell softballs :-) & as long as the ball is in stock, I can usually have them in less than a week. Also, leather adds SIGNIFICANTLY to the cost of any softball, no matter how many you buy. Tremor = hilarious.

The ones I got have the SSUSA logo on them. I know that Leather is more expensive but to me they were worth it.

The new ball is available and has been used in the FL Half Century League for the past 3 months. With the SSUSA logo. As I have stated this has little to do with availability but has to do with a business decision I believe. You have boxes of the old trump’s sitting around so my belief is they made the choice to use them instead of the new balls. As stated above it can take that boat 6 months to get here. DD stated that they were not going to comment on this subject and they have not. He also said we will know that they are available when they’re used in the first tournament. I know in Reno that they wouldn’t even entertain any questions about the new ball. Was it used in No Cal this past weekend?

The new ball was not used in No Cal this past weekend. Same Trump ball as Reno and previous tournaments

Our FHC league just ordered the Trump Stotes, with SSUSA stamp. They are being delivered within a week. Apparently not an issue getting them if you really want them.

If teams can get them why can't we bring our own if we want to hit them. It would not cost SSUSA a dime.

Thanks:

It is quite obvious that they are using up their old inventory. We purchased a couple dozen 2 months ago easily.

Yup Jaywood you are probably correct. If that is the case they should use the old balls in the smaller tourneys but at least put the new ones in for the regional events.

Don't get to excited.
We hit the new new ball in FHC this weekend. Absolutely horrible. Careful what you wish for.

Had the option of hitting the Team one trump ball or the SSUSA stamped Trump ball. Alan's ball blew the SSUSA ball out of the water.
