Hands back during Stride, Critical for Transferring Hip Power to Bat Head SM#72
Bret does a great job using pro swings, to explain how the hands come back to a connected position during the stride..and how rotation, arm extension and snap bring power and consistency. A really super episode and fixes alot of swing flaws. Also a funny Bear appearance asking if your living the Softball High Life.

This is a great Swingmakeover, I'm recommending this for all the players who attend my Hitting Academy. Bret does a fantastic job with vital information for your swing. Well done!!
