Probably not during the two events going off right now ... Tidewater in Virginia Beach and Southwest in Las Vegas are running simultaneously and the guy who does them all (that would be me) is working as the lead Field Director at the largest of the eight complexes in use in Las Vegas ...
Pardon m if I am a little confused but I thought that each manager has the "responsibility" to check the bracket board to make sure that he or she has verified all the on going tournament information. This makes sure that if any questions arise that the manager can review and discuss with the appropriate tournament director. Seems simple to me.
