| Feb. 6, 2010 x-man | Topic: Players looking to join a team Discussion: looking for a 50s socal team san diego tournament pitcher i play 4 times a week and with my tournament team every other week end. i was pick-up by a well established 50 majors teamm last year from san diego. but never got the call to play. just want to see what im missing with playing with guys my age. trust me when i say i can play. the kids i play with are great bunch players and are very happy with my piching. but i just hurd that senior tournaments are as comptetive as with kids please give me a call (619) 646-3293 |
| Oct. 13, 2009 x-man | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: pitchers has any one of you ever thought about bat control. iam a pitcher and ive played alot of tournys the last 20 years. and i have been hit more then i can remember. i do alot of scouting on other teams. to see were they hit and what i should pitch them .i have a problem with. when a good hitter goes box i understand that it happens, i fill its not the ball or bat but bat control,i will be playing for the first time in seniors softball 50 majors and just fill that bat control would elemanate(spellcheck)pitchers getting hurt. i bought a mask this year to protect my self. its something that this pitcher fills is needed.i hope to be able to have fun and do what i love to do play softball. and hope i made the right choice in playing with senior softball usa, xavier ( X-MAN ) |

ASA WSA LPS WSL FOR MANY YEARS AS A PITCHER. IM STILL HAVEING FUN WITH THE YOUGSTERS I JUST THOUGHT IT MIGHT BE FUN PLAYING WITH GUY MY AGE I CANT FIND ANY TOURNMENT TEAMS HERE IN SAN DIEGO AREA IS THIER A TEAM LOOKING FOR GOOD PITCHER? |
