May play for ANY team with EQUAL R/I, if otherwise eligible as to age and residency requirements 2. May play ONE R/I less than HIGHEST R/I as one of three "out-of-rating" players allowed on that team's roster 3. May NOT play TWO R/I less without PRIOR approval by SSUSA Home Office under GRANTED exeception request |
