| Oct. 27, 2013 cecil | Topic: Rules of the game Discussion: home plate rule it almost happen this past week, runners at first and second , the batter hit's it to the out field and the runners hold , then he drops the ball and everybody takes off , all fast runner haha anyway the 2 first runners are together when they pass the home plate line and the ball comes into the catcher but he dropped it , if he caught it would both runner be out or does the catcher have to tag the bag twice ( do a dance !!) and what if the batter cross the line also ( he almost did but stop before the line ) the ump did not know but it's his first year. thanks |
