The posting of scores seems to be the biggest "complaint dept' on this board each year, it does ruffle feathers. We need to figure a way to correct this without putting undo pressure on staff, so we don't provoke comments like "asinine time-wasting insult-fest," those just stir the fire.
After the Worlds, isn't there some time that can be set aside to get this issue behind us? Don't need excuses, there's a lot of members just wanting timely results.

I’ll expound on what I was reading about guys being anxious for the 4th session and the brackets not out yet. Am I excited, absolutely! Travel and lodging plans should have been made many days ago or even weeks for that matter so getting on the SSUSA staff about the timing of these not out is frivolous to me. We have no idea what’s going on behind the scenes for the guys that put this together for us. There could be a team or many teams that have dropped out in any or all divisions. Might have to revise it multiple times as a possibility. Couple with the fact they are working an ongoing tournament. Cut them some slack. We’ll all get to play. Relax

I know everyone is complaining about updating scores. I’ve read somewhere on this board that the reason they can’t use QuickScores is the fact that it’s a 3gg format. Well, the best way to fix that is do away with the 3gg and go back to double elimination in bracket play. Most of us old guys played double elimination tournaments in all of our past years playing. I’m sure if there was another survey put out about the 4gg or 5gg it would pass to give up the 5th game. It was very close the last time it was voted on. I’m sure there were a lot of teams that didn’t participate in that survey. There wasn’t much of a timeframe to respond. Hopefully they will consider doing another survey. Could we please get off the staff about updating and let them finish the game schedules for the teams that haven’t played yet. Just my 2 cents worth. Thanks

Hey
There is a program out there for each and every scenario.
It doesn't have to handle 800 teams, just handle EACH bracket which is mostly less than 100 teams.
If worse comes to worse, just have the director at each park take a picture of the filled out bracket a couple of times during the day and at the end of each day and post it on the website.
Problem solved...lol
easy and doesn't cost any money. Just a few minutes of their time.
Just my 2 cents
