My name is Andy Smith. I am from California and age 72. Without going into details, I have not been able to hook up with a 65 or 70 team. In addition, I now have work obligations the week of the 65's/70's in September. Therefore, I am looking to hook up with a 60AA team for the Vegas Worlds. I had a couple of injuries the past 2 years, and only played 2 tournaments during the Covid-19 era, but did play many league games weekly. As of today, I am all healed now and ready to play. If at the last minute, your team is in need of a player at the 60AA level only, I would be happy to help out. I am rated as a 70 Major player, which is the same rating as a 60AA player. I can play 1B, Catch, or DH. I used to pitch, but did not during the past 2 years, because of my injuries, so not sure if that is an option now. I do not hit home runs any longer, but can hit the ball far enough, if the OF is playing shallow. When healthy, I usually can hit between .700 and .900. Again, just looking to play 60AA only, in the September Vegas Worlds, if you find yourself short of players. Not interested in playing the rest of the current season, due to these ridiculous gas prices. For now, I am content to play 2-4 games per week locally.
