Discussion: Roster

Question - Last year the team was 50 AAA - this year there are two teams ran by the same guy 50 AAA & 55 AAA as the older players go to the 55 team with the same name. Here is the question - if on a weekend that the 50 AAA team is short and say 4 guys form the 55 team go and sub for 50 team - do they get rated as a 50 AAA player where only 3 can go back to the 55 team?

thanks
You can have an all 55AAA team in 50AAA bracket and in a 55AAA bracket if you want and 3 Major 55 players.

55AAA players can play down in any division below theirs without changing classification. the magic number in some cases like 50AA only 3 55AAA .
Im surprised more 55AAA Teams in our area don't player or classify their team in both age groups instead of playing the same 2 teams in 55s.
play not player
You could have Big Hurt softball 55's playing Southern Illinois 55s in the 50AAA divisions if their on the 50's 20 man roster.
So I can have the same players on the 55 team also on the 50 team with other players and they could play both even in the same tournament?
Yes as long as they're on the 50's roster as well. 55 can play on 55 , 50. 60 can play 60 ,55 ,50. 65 can play 65, 60, 55 and 50. Just talking AAA ratings for the simple end of things. Just as long as they're on the Teams Roster per age division.
GOOD LUCK with the 50's that are going to sit out while 55's drop down to double dip.
If you need help understanding it more in depth please call 904-334-8112 Rob. not a problem.
