Can a 65AAA team add one player from a Major team of the same age bracket?

Yes, so long as that player is/has been released from the 65-Major team ... Players may not be on two rosters simultaneously in the same age group ... Absent a special one-time exemption, the released player may not return to the initial team (remember: only one release allowed per season per age group) ...
