Roger,
My name is Greg Prince and I manage the Pope Transport 60's team. We just started a new 60's team this year and are still looking for a couple of players. We are based out of southeastern Wisconsin. If you are interested contact me at gprincer44@gmail.com or 262-949-7620. Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you.

Roger - They do not need to touch. Each team is allowed two "out of region" players on their roster.

Roger,
Dug8 is correct, teams are allowed 2 players from states that do not touch your state. If you are interested in talking about possibly playing with us, please give me a call or message me.

dug8 - that rule was for the "covid" pandemic last year, etc...but it is no longer allowed this year.

That's not a correct statement of the applicable rule, Rick35 ... The rule was amended at the National Rules Committee in late 2021 ... Here's its current status for the 2022 Season affecting potential roster additions of players who are otherwise eligible for the team as to age and team rating experience player history:
__________

§13.1(3)TEAM REGIONS OF SSWC
2. All men’s 40+ to 70+ teams, EXCEPT teams from California, Arizona, Hawaii, Nevada and Oregon, may also draw up to two players from states on the same side of the Mississippi River as the home state of the team.

Hi Roger. I play for the Chicago Panthers and we have the same thing happening with us next year. We are going to have 5-6 left and we are just starting to discuss it. Please stay in touch if you are interested in hearing what we are doing. Or if you want to know who is involved. Thanks!
