To SSUSA
I have renewed my card, but have not received the updated card.
It shows good online, but how do I get a new card to have with me?
Please let me know or just send me a new updated card

Coop, Id call SSUSA during business hours which is 8 - 5 PST. I dont think you will get a new card posting on the message board. In sure Tiffany or someone else in the office will have no problem getting you a card sent out.
If you have an upcoming tourney and your fees are paid and do not have your card, you can bring a valid picture Id.
Coop ... Sometime late last year, SSUSA transitioned to "Virtual Player Cards" for new and renewal transactions ... When you renewed, you should have been sent an electronic version of your card, which you may save to your cell phone or other devices and show when you check in at an SSUSA event ... You may also, of course, print a copy and show that as an alternative ... I called the office and was told to email register@seniorsoftball.com and request an electronic Player ID card. Rachel will email you one as soon as you can. I included my number just in case, but she can probably find your registration under your email.
