Do not care for the Round Robin format. Result was 4 way tie for 1st. Nobody win, nobody loses.
Please go back to DE. One winner.

4040Club ... Take a look at the Format section of the game schedule ... Tie-breakers were disclosed and used to determine the actual order of finish, Champions through 4th Place ... There is a scheduling philosophy here present to limit the number of games to two, and occasionally for one day, three, as a health and safety issue for age divisions 75+ and more senior ... However, this is an agenda item at the upcoming National Rules Committee sessions in Las Vegas at the Convention next week ... Are you willing to play up to four or five games in a day and play in the evenings? ... That would help your proposal a lot! ...

Dave, Regarding the Health and Safety of Older Players, In the 75 Major + in Vegas We had Four Teams and You had us Stay Four Days. This cost each of our Players a Lot of Money . WE usually play Five games on a regular Tournament and are able to survive a day when we might have to play Three games. When you have a Bracket of only 4 Teams Don't make us stay for 4 Days . What a Waste of Time and Money that Many People are still talking about. Hope the Committee will consider this Next Time. Thanks, Tom

The Gray Sox liked the round robin. We hate prelims. A total waste of time and energy and injury potential.

We will accept whatever format is needed. We have been stuck with the 4-5 games on one day many times and it sucks. Now that we are all 75 to 78 4-5 games in a day would be even worse.

We played a night game in Vegas a few years ago. We lost the game because we lost one more fly ball in the lights and haze than our opponents. No night games.
