Reminder: Don't miss SASSL's 13th Annual Awards Banquet/Trade Show on Saturday, January 9, 2016 at Morgan's Wonderland Event Center, 5223 David Edwards Dr, SA, TX 78233. Exit off of IH 35N or Wurzbach Parkway. Tickets are $15 ea. Contact your manager now for any remaining unsold tickets. 400+ players, families and guests expected. Don't miss out on our premier event!. . TRADE SHOW: 4-6 PM. 2nd annual trade show featuring providers of goods and services seniors can use! Special prize drawing for anyone visiting all 11 provider tables. First 110 players at D-Bat table get a free $10 card for use in their indoor batting cages. Jan. 4 Capt Kirk 541 posts | San Antonio Senior Softball League: Our League play starts in March 2016, we have leagues for the following age groups: 75+, league play on Tuesday, first game starts at 10 A.M. 70+, league play on Tuesday, first game starts at 10 A.M. 40+, league play on Wednesday, first game starts at 7 P.M. 50+, league play on Thursday, first game starts at 7 P.M. 60+, league play on Saturday, first game starts at 9 A.M. Jan. 7 Capt Kirk 541 posts | Looking over the 2016 tournament schedule for Texas, I would suggest that SSUSA in the future look at having a qualifier in San Antonio. The Kennedy softball complex in SA would be the best fields to support a qualifier. SA would be better location than San Marcos for the labor Day Classic. The Texas Senior Games for Softball are played at Kennedy Fields. |
