The Official SSUSA Rulebook at §3.4(4) thru §3.4(7) on pages 15-17 addresses this general topic. The Rulebook is available electronically on this website. We also welcome, anonymously or not, any information the membership may wish to share with us about suspected violators of the provisions mentioned. We take this very seriously, which should be apparent from the penalties involved.
