Our coach of the Northern Virginia Force has suffered a Heart attack. Alan is going to be ok. One of his arteries was 99% blocked. He suffered this on Sat. morning while at work. The doctors said that he could be released as soon as today 4/14/14.I saw him yesterday and he was alert and feeling ok. prayers are always a good thing. He is hoping to coach in Frederick MD a the end of the month. We better play better than we have to take some of the stress off him. Thanks Harry #20
Thank God he is doing well and had this warning. My prayers are with him. Hope to see you guys in Frederick.

I am glad he is doing well. As a fellow coach, I have known Alan since he used to be a player on the old Murphy's Law team. Always have known him to be a gentleman and a tough out. Hope to see him back on the diamond.

Harry, Please give Alan my best wishes for a speedy recovery. I always enjoy playing against you guys. Alan is a class act and a true gentleman. My prayers are with him.
Hey Birdie, tell Alan to get well soon. I had my Quadruple by pass two weeks ago and I am walking 2 miles a day and feel great. He will have no problems if they had to only fix one Artery.

Prayers and best wishes for Alan from the Michigan Express.
