Senior Softball USA,
Were you planning on posting the different All-Tourney Teams for the Spring Tourney from Mesquite?

NO ... They are typically published in the next edition of the Senior Softball News paper (IF your Manager follows through with informing the Home Office of who earned those honors by sending in the paperwork he was given during the award ceremony)

Actually joel, you have it backwards ... We don't know who they picked until they tell us ... We ask, in an implied manner, by providing the All Tourney reporting form to the manager during the awards ceremony (and that form has an instruction to get it to us within 5 days ... Some do, many don't!) ...

We do NOT get involved in how players may get named to an All-Tournament Team ... That is the SOLE purview of the team, and takes many forms of selection, ranging from the simplicity of a Manager's decree, to the scorekeeper's summary of statistical performance, a vote by team members, giving it to guys who may not have gotten one before, etc ...

When, and IF, the managers comply with our information request, we publish the names in the Senior Softball News next edition ... If a player earns an All-Tourney honor and doesn't see his name published, his first and best course of action is to ask the Manager if he sent the form in to the SSUSA office ... Chances are overwhelmingly high the manager did not ...

I got our team's votes in within a week, but that's not long enough. Two weeks should be the time frame. We vote as a team and do it by email and it takes a week to compile them.
