Runner from first takes one step and stops to allow the first baseman to go in front of the bag to field the ball. Fielder flubs and ball slowly goes near outfield grass. Runner from first tries to go to second but first baseman backs into him. Takes a few seconds for runner to get by and is safe at second. Batter is safe at first as second baseman cannot field ball and throw to first is late. What is call? Thanks |
