| Nov. 1, 2019 CALIHATS | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Shoulder Arthritis I've just been diagnosed with shoulder arthritis. Just wondering if there is any guys out there that play with this issue and what experience have they had. Its my left shoulder which is my non-throwing shoulder. I'm 47 and I am going to go through a rehab with a sports rehab specialist. I am going to work on it all winter so i am ready for spring ball. |
