I am not surprised that instead they chose to imply you should go play elsewhere. Maybe if more players went to play elsewhere, the smug attitude that Dave displays would change. Just as players strive to improve, service providers should seek ways to improve their product. The request for better service is not unreasonable, in my opinion. |
