One would think that since SSUSA professes to have an interest in players concerns, they woul address them and seek to improve. I am not surprised that instead they chose to imply you should go play elsewhere. Maybe if more players went to play elsewhere, the smug attitude that Dave displays would change. Just as players strive to improve, service providers should seek ways to improve their product. The request for better service is not unreasonable, in my opinion.

Joker - I don't mean to be a #ick, but life IS about choices. Now that said, if I were the guy selling a service I might not have replied that way but that's not how Dave does things. I honestly respect that about him (whether I agree or not). He replies with his name and says what he thinks and sometimes it is not pleasant. I have been reading this board for a while and "IMO", his replies usually start to get tougher when the same questions are asked over and over again (and usually by the same people, strange). As I stated in my other post, contact info is provided and all you have to do is call or email to get most things you want (I emailed Don to get info I needed, wasn't hard).

I will finish with what I believe to be true; I seriously doubt Dave's attitude will change but I do believe they (SSUSA) will strive to do the very best they can, might not please everyone but I think you can't please everyone so you do the best to please as many as you can!

All of us has done or said things that we could've done better...I have met Dave, spoken with him n have questions answered by him over the years. In my asessment Dave is straight-forward n does his best for SSUSA n the sport he enjoys! We should all press on to stay healthy, to live well, enjoy the sport we play n be blessed to live in this great Nation! Aloha, Fabe

Paco - I am not kissing anyone’s #ss. I just TRY and look at the positive side of things whenever possible (like Fabe and unlike you my friend, at least where this board is concerned). I meant no disrespect to Joker but as this was his first post, I was trying to be helpful, not stating "right or wrong". If you read my response, I said I would not have replied in the same manner Dave did, but to paraphrase you, he is not “kissing anyone’s #ss” and for THAT I respect what he said BECAUSE he used his name. Hope that clears that up for you.

And you are right, I AM much too old for this. Enjoy your year off, hope to see you out there next year!
