carried mail for 33 years and had that issue flare up a couple times.have to agree with titan about the shoes. i found the stiffer the better and thick soles.i massaged the heck out of it and rolled a softball back and forth with the sole of my foot. it took time and i admit a few tears were shed but it eventually cleared up. never took any shots or pills

I live in Kentucky. Will be 57 next summer. Retired and have no problem traveling.Have been playing for 38 years.I have experience at all positions but SS,but have spent most of my time pitching.Im six two and 210lbs. I still run well. I take BP several days a week. I always said even if i quit playing i would still keep on hitting.I still play "young ball" but am wanting to go senior ball only.

Discussion: new to senior ball

I am 55 and new to senior ball. still playing with the youngsters.i have been watching games on youtube and was wondering why it seems that so many pitchers seem to have difficulty hitting that strike mat .i would also like to know if the pitcher is required to stand on the rubber and what cor and compression balls do you use in senior ball. thanks for any replies

I don't like any rule that give
the hitter another excuse for hitting middle.Home run limits and the 1-1 count are two prime examples

Discussion: Speed up rules

want to speed up the game? Its pretty simple.make umpires call the strike zone properly and stop forcing the pitcher to " put it on a tee. " let 11 play defense.the 1-1 count is a joke.all that has done is force more middle hitting.
