I play both infield and outfield as a utility player and would help any team who needs an extra player as a starter, backup, whatever. | May 4, 2019 Pepper | Topic: Bats Discussion: Miken bats return policy Big Unit. I have a very similar situation with my Ultra II. I refer you to my Feb 5 post under "bats". Purchased from Direct Sports who referred me to Miken. I explained the clean break at the handle, Also it had no serial number but an orange tape under grip with number 207. I thought it was some type of pre-production test bat had got into the system as manufacturer told me all Miken Ultra II had serial numbers. It snapped off at the handle when it hit it on the sweet spot and I am not a power hitter. Have not heard from the Miken rep who said said he look into it. |
| Feb. 4, 2019 Pepper | Topic: Bats Discussion: Serial Numbers on Miken Ultra II Does anyone know if Miken has discontiued putting a serial number on their black Miken Ultra IIs. Rather than a crack like my previous two, this one had a clean break on the handle even tho the swing was on the sweet spot. Was considering asking Miken if they had any experience with this type of break and noticed it didn't have a serial number. Now I wonder if it is possible this is not a legit bat. Bought it from one of the major bat companies thru ebay about 18 months ago. Also, a POC/ph number for a Miken rep would be appreciated. |
