Note: Senior Softball-USA charges a 4% convenience fee for all payments other than cash or check.

Important reminder: The US Postal Service is experiencing delays in their deliveries, so please let us know if you intend to play in this tournament. Team lists for tournament are published on the tournament pages at the entry deadline. If your team is not listed, please call immediately. Teams are not officially entered until payment is received.

Refund policy: Entry Fees are non-refundable after the deadline. Full refunds are given to teams withdrawing BEFORE the deadline. NO refunds are given after the deadline.

Tournament Format

Note: SSWC reserves the right to combine divisions of three or fewer teams within one age level and/or skill level.

This is a "Ring Option" Tournament.

Five games minimum initially scheduled (not "guaranteed"), with Round Robin into Double Elimination or Three-Game-Guarantee brackets or other acceptable tourney formats.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Many tournaments are filling up, so it is very important that teams send us a list of all tournaments they plan to attend.  We check with teams on the list that have not yet paid when the tournament fills.  Teams can drop at that time with no penalty.

NOTE: • Due to the construction project at Centennial Park not meeting the anticipated completion date, and Local League conflicts being so severe in both Reno and Sparks, many Session #2 divisions were scheduled for four-game rather than a five-game guarantee ... While this is not an ideal situation, it does not affect very many teams ... After the event ends, SSUSA will credit a portion of the entry fee that may be applied to future entry fees for teams that only played four games ...
