Manager Meeting

Session 1: Monday, November 7, 2011 at 7:00PM at the Crowne Plaza - 13051 Bell Tower Dr., Ft. Myers, FL 33907. Manager check-in will be from 6:00-7:00PM before the Managers' Meeting.

Session 2: Thursday, November 10, 2011 at 7:00PM at the Embassy Suites - 10450 Corkscrew Commons Dr., Estero, FL 33928. Manager check-in will be from 6:00-7:00PM before the Managers' Meeting.

NOTE: Managers who do NOT attend will be presumed to be fully informed on ALL matters (such as schedule changes, tourney formats and rules issues) discussed at the meeting. Tournament rosters are “frozen” as of the Manager’s Meeting. NO on-site player additions are allowed without Tournament Director approval before team’s first game. Managers who do not attend Manager Meeting, and do not send a representative, will be prohibited from beginning tournament play before check-in with Field Director and are prohibited from Roster additions.
