| Jan. 22 Born to run Men's 75 9 posts | Spinal Lumbar Fusion Yep, I had this procedure done in 2021 and returned in six months to playing softball. I also had cervical spine fusion in 2023 and returned to playing in less time. Great doctors and physical therapists are the key. |
