Bordering States Rule (See states and bordering states and provinces list - pages 82-83): 1. All men’s 40+ to 70+ teams may be comprised of players from their home state or neighboring states (See illustration). See also §13.1(2)C. 2. All men’s 40+ to 70+ teams, EXCEPT teams from California, Arizona, Hawaii, Nevada and Oregon, may also draw up to two players from states on the same side of the Mississippi River as the home state of the team. |
