Our lead off batter is a singles hitter. He bought a Dudley Doom end load. On his 12th game hit, it had a HUGE crack. This was with no break in batting practice. Just 12 hits total. Has anyone else experienced a similar failure??
I bought a Dudley Doom earlier this year, 50ish swings later, I nice big crack.
Gary, i believe it was 2019 when Dudley came out with the Hot W. I know a handful of guys who had the same issue with the bat. It was cracking in 30 - 50 swings.
I should add, 1 of the guys is on our team. The good news is he got it replaced. The bad news is they sent him the same bat as a replacement which he still has because hes afraid to use it.
I had the same issue. Out of wrapper, 80 degrees and brand new stote balls. Taking a little BP, had about 20-25 swings in and big crack down the barrel. no Reps would even discuss it, one even said "you get some good ones, you get some bad ones"! So much for ANY customer service!
