East Vs West National Championship Game
Riddle me this - What is the Protocol if there is no Representative in a Certain Age Bracket from either the East or the West coming from the Regional Championships?
Ex. - Western 50 AAA has a Winner of the Tourney but the Eastern Region did not have any 50 AAA teams that participated, thus, no winner to go up against the Western Representative in the World Tourney.
In this Example- The word is that the team that participated and Won the Right to play in the National Championship Game is Guaranteed no less than a 2 Seed but that's already a given whether they have an Opponent or Not.
The One Seed is then Played for in the World Tourney which includes the Regional Winner to then Vie for in the Pool Play?
Looking for Clarification and Explanation since this would affect the opportunity to complete the Triple Crown.

How it worked for us in 2016 in 50AA. We won 50AA Western Nationals, there was was no opponent for us at Worlds in Las Vegas so we won National Championship by default ( I still have the shirt).

However, in Bracket Play we were seeded based on our record. We were told, had we won Vegas Worlds, would have won Triple Crown.

I don't know if the rules have changed since then. But this is how it worked.

Best of luck in Las Vegas.
