| Dec. 28 DaveDowell Men's 70 4323 posts | LMR ... It's the latter (hiatus) of the two options ... The National Ratings Committee circulated DRAFT proposed decisions for all then-pending Appeals on December 16th ... The Ratings Advisors each received a copy and have been asked to respond by January 3rd ... That response is one of three options: [1] Agree or [2] Disagree (and state why) with a specific DRAFT proposal, or [3] No Opinion due to lack of relevant knowledge about the team ... The two week Winter Break office shutdown commenced on December 17th, so we're probably a couple weeks away ... |
