Is the appeal process over for the year or just on hiatus until the office reopens next week?

LMR ... It's the latter (hiatus) of the two options ... The National Ratings Committee circulated DRAFT proposed decisions for all then-pending Appeals on December 16th ... The Ratings Advisors each received a copy and have been asked to respond by January 3rd ... That response is one of three options: [1] Agree or [2] Disagree (and state why) with a specific DRAFT proposal, or [3] No Opinion due to lack of relevant knowledge about the team ... The two week Winter Break office shutdown commenced on December 17th, so we're probably a couple weeks away ...
