Aging Bats
I understand that as a composite bat tends to get hotter after "break in".

I was told that the aging bat will get even "hotter" just before it breaks.

Is there any info or truth about that?

Yes there is. If you go on you tube and put in Alan Tanner softball you will find a short video I made concerning this. It’s titled Composite bats, do they wear out?
