On this Memorial Day week-end, I send a warm and genuine thank you to all the Veterans who served this great nation and a sincere thank you to those veterans who lost their lives to give all of us the freedom to do as we wish and for the opportunity to play ball with so many of you on the diamonds across the nation. I am grateful and proud to have met so many good men who share the passion of playing senior ball as I do.

I am also thankful that God has blessed me to be able to play ball at a competitive level and to keep me upright as I continue to battle prostate cancer. Thank you Lord for everything.

Good luck to everyone soon to be competing at RockNReno. I'll miss this one.
