Recently, Softball4b, Mike Adair posted his progress after having a total knee replacement. I was amazed at his recovery, having had one myself about 3 and a half years ago that didn't go very well. Also, a number of other friends have also had the same surgery and done well.
I have to give Mike kudos for the work he did. We played together this weekend in the 60M division and Mike is already very strong-in under 5 months. He had several very key hits and was consistent. And he is running without pain!
For those of you that are hesitant to do it-IT BEATS THE PAIN BY A LARGE MARGIN. And they continue to get better and better with it.
Way to go, Mike!

I'm scheduled to get KR in a couple & wandering what positions you guys played before KR & after? I've always played outfield!
ocden, I played mostly outfield in my career, but I can also play third. I played 8 of my 15 games in the outfield this week and the rest at third but was on base a whole lot, too. No problems whatsoever with the knee.
