Eventually they all lead to both knees being replaced all before the age of 60. the best advice is to train what you can while you can! get into the gym and work the quads and hamstrings... what you do now, will help with a shorter recovery and return to play. in both cases, I was back playing tournament ball in less than 5 months! good luck. |
| March 14, 2023 CABOOSE | Topic: Players looking to join a team Discussion: player looking for a team looking for 55 mens AA or AAA tourney team for MD, PA , VA region. play 1st, c, pitch and little bit of 2b. in rehab now for knee replacement. will be ready after may/june. will be 60 eligible in oct. current team was moved up to majors while out with injury. i will not be ready for major play for atleast a year. |
