Turns out to be harder then I thought to pick up with a new team outside of my area. At the moment I am still playing with Oregon Elite, my men's USSSA B team and picking up with a local 40's team and playing with the young guys for league. The goal of this was to travel and play with new guys against teams I haven't played against, at different ball parks around the country. I can see there's been a ton of views, but I think guys are hesitant to pick me up because they don't know who or what I am about. I don't want to list a resume or talk about myself, instead I would like to get picked up for a tournament and see how it goes. If I suck, no worries that's all on me, but if I do well and help the team then that's a win. So if anyone who reads this message is interested or knows of a team that needs another outfielder, please give me a call, you've got nothing to lose. 503-341-2222

I haven't been picked up yet and I think the main reason why I haven't been picked up is because I played with my young guys for so long and only started playing senior ball when I turned 50. So bottom line know one really knows me. I am still involved with my Oregon Elite team but over the last two seasons I've had Adrian Miller run the team because I was focusing more on the PDX 50 Major team. Between the two teams I was playing around 25 tournaments in a season which was fun but it was a lot of weekends away from home. I still pick up with my young guys when I can, which I did last weekend and will again at the end of the month for Kings of the NW, but my guys are all young studs in there 20-30's which is fun to be around. As much as I enjoy being around and playing with the young guys I really to want play with a solid 40's or 50's senior team. I really want to try something different and play outside of my local and regional area so I can meet new guys and play against new teams. According to SSUSA I can play on any team West of the Mississippi, so if anyone needs another outfielder who likes to play with a 5 man infield please message me or call me at 503-341-2222.

For the last 3 years I played/ managed/ sponsored the PDX 50 Major team out of Oregon and had a great run, with a great group of guys, but now I just want to be a player again. I play outfield and I can hit for average or for power depending on the situation. I am looking for a well organized, competitive travel team that plays 10 or more tournaments in a season. I can pick up with any team west of the Mississippi, so if you need a solid outfielder give me a call at 503-341-2222.
