| June 6, 2018 May-I | Topic: Rules of the game Discussion: Double bag at First The batter has hit a ground ball and is running down the baseline towards first base...when a play is being made at 1st base, and the throw pulls the defensive first baseman and she is now blocking the outside bag...can the batter running down the line to first base hit the inside bag to avoid a collision and be safe? This happened twice tonight in our league and both times the batter was called out.... How do you call it🤔 |
