| May 15, 2015 John G | Topic: Bats Discussion: Miken Freak Black I quit playing ball at the A level 7 years ago and have not played since then due to lack of interest. I did a lot of research on bats due to my engineering background and I ended up buying a freak black. I think there are hotter out of the wrapper bats and hotter in general. I have a about 200 swings on mine and it is just starting to get hot. It doesn’t really sound like the other senior bats but I hit one of the longest balls that I have hit using it this week. Everyone one seems to use a Dudley or hyper-z and they were looking at it like what is that. I bought it because of the warranty and didn’t want to spend extra money on a hobby. Whether it goes 305 or 400 feet is indifferent on the end result. Just be patient and I think you will be pleasantly surprised |
