| Feb. 9, 2015 Blacksox | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Knee Replacement Hi I am 54 and I had 2 partial inner knee replacements done at the same time(Stryker) Dec 15, My recovery is going very well. Surgeon cleared me to do anything, however he said avoid twisting, torquing, and pounding on them. They could wear out quicker or come loose. Ive been playing 34 years and don't want to stop. I am going to play this spring,Usually play in 3 leagues and I don't want to give any up. Glad I found this site. Come on Spring!!! |
