| Aug. 9, 2014 Moose10 | Topic: Associations Discussion: Indian River County Senior Softball We are trying to start a new league in Sebastian for this upcoming Fall league Players invited are all players over the age of 45/ Skill level not necessary as we will have players from all abilities. Games will be played on regulation softball fields with umpires on each field. The 45 year olds will be required to use the USSSA bats while those over 50 will use the Senior bats. Games will be played as double headers each Tuesday or Wednesday night, depending on your vote as to which night you prefer. We will choose based on the majority night requested; This will be a fun league and it's primary focus will be on comaraderieship. Winning will be secondary to the fun and friendships you'll meet. There will be a draft each season to insure teams are even as possible.
