The San Diego County Senior Softball League is open to all slow-pitch Players age 55 and over. Games are played every Tuesday morning at fields all over San Diego County, including Mission Bay, San Diego, Santee, El Cajon, La Mesa,  Spring Valley, Chula Vista and  Imperial Beach.

There are four separate divisions in the League, with A1, A, AA and AAA level teams participating. There are always three full Seasons played each year, with each season lasting for four calendar months.  Spring Season (runs March thru June), Summer Season (runs July thru October), and Winter Season (runs November thru February).

The SD County Senior Softball League is a Non-Profit entity, that is fully run & administrated by numerous volunteers affiliated with the league.

The League is sanctioned by SSUSA - Senior Softball USA.  The League uses all standard "Senior Softball" Rules, AND allows all official "Senior Softball" Bats.  The League also uses several "player friendly" Modified/Amended Rules, for each of the 3 divisions as well.
