Tournament Format

Note: The tournament director reserves the right to combine divisions of three or fewer teams within one age level and/or skill level.

All winners qualify for the 2009 Tournament of Champions!

Format

This is a ring tournament.

Friday through Sunday sessions: 5 game guarantee (2-game pool play into 3-Game-Guarantee brackets)
Monday through Thursday session: 6 game guarantee (4-game pool play into Double Elimination brackets)

Managers Meeting

The evening before play begins at 7 pm at the Crowne Plaza. Team registration (managers only) is from 5 pm - 7 pm before each Managers Meeting. NOTE: Managers who do not attend the meeting will be presumed to be fully informed on ALL matters (such as schedule changes, tourney formats and rules issues) discussed at the meeting.
