Please Note: SSWC reserves the right to combine divisions of 3 or fewer teams within one age level and/or one skill level. SSWC will make every effort to notify managers when divisions have to be combined.

Managers Meeting:
The day before play begins at 7 pm at the Holiday Inn. Team registration (managers only) is from 5pm-7pm before each Managers Meeting.

Complimentary Banquet:
Two complimentary banquets will be held for all managers, players, and their families at the Holiday Inn at 1001 Kilarney in Urbana, Illinois. The banquets will take place Thursday, July 5th and Sunday, July 8th from 7-9 pm. There will be free appetizers and a prize drawing. See you there!
