Important reminder: The US Postal Service is experiencing delays in their deliveries, so please let us know if you intend to play in this tournament. Team lists for tournament are published on the tournament pages at the entry deadline. If your team is not listed, please call immediately. Teams are not officially entered until payment is received.

Refund policy: Entry Fees are non-refundable after the deadline. Full refunds are given to teams withdrawing BEFORE the deadline. NO refunds are given after the deadline.

Tournament Format

Note: SSWC reserves the right to combine divisions of three or fewer teams within one age level and/or skill level.

Four games minimum initially scheduled (not "guaranteed"), with Round Robin into Double Elimination or Three-Game-Guarantee brackets or other acceptable tourney formats.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Many tournaments are filling up, so it is very important that teams send us a list of all tournaments they plan to attend.  We check with teams on the list that have not yet paid when the tournament fills.  Teams can drop at that time with no penalty.

Special Events

Hitting Clinic
Wednesday, January 20, 10am - Noon at TBD Complex.
This clinic will give players a chance to warm up and to sharpen their skills before the tournament with some of the best hitters in the sport. Only open to players on TOC participating teams.
 

TOC All-Star Game
Wednesday, January 20, 6pm at TBD Complex.
Each TOC-competing team will select one player to compete in the game. Two TOC managers will be selected for the All-Star teams. 


Skills Contests
Thursday, January 21, 9am-11am at TBD Complex.
Contests in five divisions (40-54, 55-64, 65-74, 75-85, and Women) including: Precision Hitting, Home Run, Speed, and Pitching. Awards range from bats, shoes, or gloves.

Optional Team Practice  
Thursday, January 21, between Noon and 3pm.
Team Managers choose a complex in order of preference.  SSUSA will schedule the practices and notify managers of their practice time and location. 

Welcome Reception (Open to Participating teams, players and families)
Thursday, January 21, TBDpm at Nora Mayo Hall (500 3rd Street NW, Winter Haven). Doors open at TBDpm. After the manager meeting from TBDpm (manager's only).
There will be a free reception for participating TOC players, their friends and family during which each team will be recognized.
